Standing up. Spread your legs shoulder width apart. Spread your arms out from your hips at a 45 degree angle. Moving your arms in small circular motion, spin the discs at the same time. Slowly raise your arms above to a 45 degree angle above your head, and in a continuous motion, bring your arms back to the start position. Repeat as you feel necessary.
For all exercises, use as long as you want, or until you feel a slight burn. Each time you use SPIN TRIM, try to go longer. Ie: First time, 5 minutes. Second time: 10 Minutes. Etc. All of these exercises can be used in any combination of each other, or create your own movements and exercises!
